So get 3 eggs spinning, add 1 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of half and half, then add 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cloves, a touch of salt, 3 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp vanilla, 2 cups grated zukes, 2 cups sugar, 3 cups flour. Bake at 350 for 67 minutes. Makes two loaves. I like to take it out of the pans in after 32 minutes of cooling. Easy and delicious, yummy in your tummy, great for breakfast!! Give it a shot!Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13203582254327602554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6533673513163650968.post-66983117674978119322010-08-29T17:25:37.924-07:002010-08-29T17:25:37.924-07:00Bless you and your mom and her zucchini bread reci...Bless you and your mom and her zucchini bread recipe.

Do you have any interest in posting the recipe to share?Nogrinninhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11532449284821565164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6533673513163650968.post-44199750384994915552010-08-19T00:07:49.475-07:002010-08-19T00:07:49.475-07:00Yes, she would be very proud and happy that she pa...Yes, she would be very proud and happy that she passed down a great recipe and skill to her daughter.Karen O.noreply@blogger.com
